Since forming iolite consulting, Sarah has undertaken a number of HR consulting engagements where she has worked closely with and advised Boards and CEO’s on matters pertaining to organisational change.

These assignments have required Sarah to draw on her extensive HR, IR and commercial experience in ensuring that the organisation and its people, are supported during times of significant change and/or uncertainty.
